Technical Parameters
Measuring range: usually can measure a wide range of temperatures, such as - 200 ℃ to + 850 ℃, can meet the needs of a variety of industrial scenarios of different temperature measurement, such as low-temperature freezing environments, high-temperature heating furnace and so on.
Measurement accuracy: High measurement accuracy, generally between ±0.1℃ and ±0.5℃, to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement, thus providing reliable data support for industrial process control.

Resolution: High temperature resolution, generally up to 0.01 ℃, can accurately detect small changes in temperature, suitable for more sensitive to temperature changes in industrial processes.
Functional characteristics
Temperature Measurement and Conversion: The module is mainly used to measure the temperature in the industrial environment and convert the temperature signal into a standard electrical signal output, so as to facilitate the acquisition and processing of other equipment.
Multiple sensor adaptation: It can be adapted to a variety of types of temperature sensors, such as thermocouples, RTDs, etc. Users can select the appropriate sensor to connect according to the specific application scenarios and needs, increasing the versatility and flexibility of the module.
Linearisation: The measured temperature signal is linearised to ensure that the output signal is linear with the actual temperature, which facilitates the direct use and processing of temperature data by subsequent equipment without the need for complex non-linear correction.
Fault diagnosis and alarm: built-in fault diagnosis function, can real-time monitoring of the module's own working status and the status of the connected sensors. When there is a sensor failure, signal abnormality, etc., the module can issue an alarm signal in time to remind the staff to carry out maintenance and processing, to ensure the continuity and reliability of temperature measurement.
Application Fields
Industrial process control: In the production process of chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and other industries, it is used to measure the temperature of reactor, pipeline, storage tanks and other equipment, providing key parameters for the precise control of the production process, ensuring product quality and production safety.
